  19.   As the exclusive copyright holder for EZ-Index for Equinox, E-Z Access 
  20.   Software Ltd. authorizes the distribution only in accordance with the 
  21.   following restrictions.

  23.   The EZ-Index for Equinox package is defined as containing all is defined 
  24.   as containing all the material listed in the vendinfo.diz packing list 
  25.   section. If the VENDINFO.DIZ itself or any files listed in the file list 
  26.   are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.

  82.       E-Z Access Software Ltd. for the latest version

  84.    2) The EZ-Index program CAN be BUNDLED with other software on a
  85.       CD-ROM package without written permission from E-Z Access Software

  88.    3) The EZ-Index program CANNOT be used in a promotion by ITSELF.

  114.       on a 3.5" HD diskette.  You you require a copy that will will span 3.5" LD
  115.       (720kb) contact the author.
